1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Money Smart Kids program, website, learning platform, or any related materials, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Eligibility and Enrollment

Enrollment in the Money Smart Kids program is subject to the following conditions:

• The program is designed for students in Class 5-10
• Students under 18 must have parental or guardian consent to enroll
• Enrollment through schools requires school authorization and agreement
• We reserve the right to refuse enrollment or terminate access for any reason
• Accurate information must be provided during registration

3. Program Access and Use

Upon enrollment, you will receive:

• Access to the Money Smart Kids book (print and/or digital format)

4. Payment and Refund Policy

Pricing:

• Standard program fee: ₹9000 per student (includes all 3 levels)
• Bulk discounts available for 1,000+ students
• CSR-funded programs may be offered at no cost to students

Payment Terms:

• Payment is due at time of enrollment unless alternate arrangements are made
• We accept online payments, bank transfers, and school/institutional payments
• All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR)

Refund Policy:

• Full refund available within 7 days of enrollment if no materials have been accessed
• No refunds after course materials have been accessed or downloaded

• Processing time: 7-14 business days

5. Intellectual Property Rights

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saritham Wealth And Mastery Institute LLP, Financial Freedom Hub, and their directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Money Smart Kids program. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, data, or opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the program.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of the Money Smart Kids program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra. We encourage resolving disputes through good faith negotiation before pursuing legal action.

10. Changes to Terms
